Misty is a licensed massage therapist who believes deeply in the mind-body connection, the power of intention, and the role that body work plays in overall wellness. She is also a certified yoga teacher and incorporates this mindset into her wellness practice.
Misty has spent the first twenty years of her career as a human resources executive, focused on leadership effectiveness and vitality in organizations.
